Hotels cutting back on training

Whenever occupancy figures go south, hotels cut back on expenses, and one of the first to go is training. It is lamentable because now we have the time to train in order to be ready for the upswing. Its just like our personal life. Whenever we have money we do not have time, and vice versa.
